FOR OWNERS

We charge a percentage fee for our service. You can contact us to discuss this fee in further detail. Our fees are very competitive for the industry, expertise and service we provide to our property owners.

This fee is explained in detail in our written proposal that owners are given following a discussion of their needs and review of their property.

After checkout, we do a thorough review at the property and look for any damage. If we find any, we raise the issue with the guests and booking platform for you and deduct the costs from the guest.
 
However, we do advise you to take out separate insurance to cover you for damage that cannot be recuperated from the guests. We can share details of our insurance broker to help you determine which cover is best for you.

Some of our services may be, but you should check with your accountant to assess your individual situation.

Once we have a signed agreement, organised installation of locks, noise alarms, any doorbells or cameras, linen/towels are in the home, consumables are full, linen/consumable cupboards are organised, guest signage is up, home has been deep cleaned, gardened, completed a final maintenance and styling assessment, we arrange photography to come within the week. 

After that we usually have your property ready to receive bookings within 3-5 days.

We service the Mornington Peninsula – from Frankston South to Portsea (Westernport and Port Phillip), Bayside suburbs, the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast in Victoria, Australia.

If you have a property in another area please do still contact us, as we are constantly expanding our area of operations.

No, we don’t charge for the time involved in setup but we do put a huge amount of effort into to make sure your property is well prepared and ready to receive 5 star reviews.

There will be a charge for any initial cleaning, gardening, maintenance, styling and photography of your property. Any items or services purchased on your behalf for setup is normally deducted from the first rental income generated for your property to help make sure there are no out-of-pocket costs for you.

Yes, all the properties come with reliable WIFI that is free to use.

And all properties have Smart TVs, with access to many streaming services. Guests will need to sign in and sign out of their own streaming service accounts in the home. 

Please contact us for your particular property, as we do allow pets at some of our homes, but not all.

Booking with us directly on our website is the cheapest option for you compared to Airbnb and other booking platforms, as we don’t charge excessive service or booking fees on top of your accomodation fare.
